Necessitating Diverse Solutions to Combat Increasingly Sophisticated Cyberattacks

With the development and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence, cyberattacks have become increasingly sophisticated. Coupled with evolving regulations and automation across various industries, we have placed greater emphasis on cybersecurity, necessitating diverse solutions to combat counter these advanced threats.

During FY2025 1H, the Group became the distributor for two new cybersecurity products and is actively considering additional products and technologies that meet evolving market demands.  Additionally, the successful transition of our business model to a subscription-based approach has yielded positive results, leading to more stable revenues and reinforcing our position as a leading distributor of cybersecurity solutions.

Our flagship email protection product saw increased sales in FY2025 1H, and we also achieved breakthroughs in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (“ASEAN”) market. Additionally, our online security training platform enables employees to easily learn about cybersecurity awareness online and has attracted significant interest locally. The Group anticipates that this new product will also develop into a rapidly growing business line.

Mr. Raymond Liu, Chairman and Group CEO of Edvance International, commented, “Despite some uncertainties in market conditions in the short term, demand for cybersecurity products and services, and especially cybersecurity-as-a-service remain strong in Hong Kong and across ASEAN. We will continue to focus on our core business and deliver enhanced values to our clients, while exercising prudence in managing our operation. Overall, we will strive to create security solutions that better meet regional needs and ensure clients are protected from cyberattacks.”
