Product Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and go‑to‑market plans for assigned China‑origin products and solutions.
  • Actively develop reseller partnerships — identify, outreach, recruit, and enable channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • Proactively engage in frontline selling, including customer visits, partner visits, solution pitching, opportunity development, and deal follow‑through.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline; provide accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and business outcomes, while maintaining ownership of the commercial results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Around 5 years of relevant IT solution selling experience, ideally with exposure to Chinese technologies or vendors.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
  • Highly proactive, results-driven, and comfortable being out in the field frequently.
  • Able to work independently and engage professionally with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
