Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain good relationships with partners & customers by using your sales, negotiation skills.
  • Work closely with partners and customers on following up sales opportunities and deal closing.
  • Identify potential opportunities through assisting and participation of marketing activities.
  • Work closely with technical consultant to propose the best-fit solution to the customers.
  • Work closely with service operations team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Tertiary education.
  • Around 1-3 years of sales experience in IT industry.
  • Strong solution selling mindset, experience in SaaS and / or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Bear hunter mindset, eager and passionate on winning new customers.
  • A team player to collaborate with internal teams on enhancing customer experience.
  • Self-motivated and having a strong growth mind-set.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Enjoy working in an agile and fast growing environment.
