Job Responsibilities
- Monitor GreenRadar platforms and handle day-to-day security alerts
- Handle customer enquiries and services request
- Provide operation support on GreenRadar platform
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by SOC manager
Job Requirements
- Overnight shift duty is required
- Work in shift hour is require
- Knowledge in network such as TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP etc
- Knowledge in email security such as SPF
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
- F.6 graduated or above
- Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Security Analyst
