Technical Consultant

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle technical support requests raised by clients regarding email / email security.
  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure solutions to align with IT strategy and support business requirements including but not limited to backup, database, event monitoring, event streaming, email system, DNS, SIEM, OKD, etc.
  • Lead troubleshooting and proactive performance tuning to achieve service level objectives.
  • Project deployment for SaaS and On-premises email security solutions.
  • Plan and implement system automation as required for efficiency improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Solid experience in O365 Exchange Online / On-Premises Email Servers (E.g. Exchange, Lotus Domino, Postfix etc) / Email Security Solutions
  • Experience in OKD, Elasticsearch, Apache Kafka, MongoDB is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, maintenance and support including Windows and Linux platform.
  • Strong project management and experiences/skills in liaison with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
  • Able to work in non-office hours for urgent incidents.
