Solution Sales Manager (1 FSI role & 1 Macau role)

To cope with our rapidly growing business, we are actively seeking 2 highly qualified candidates: one for the FSI position and one for the Macau position.

FSI position – a strong understanding of the financial services industry and knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.

Macau position – open to occasional travel to Macau as required and demonstrates a willingness to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.


Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors, resellers, and internal teams to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide consultancy and industry best practices to customers, offering guidance and recommendations to address their cybersecurity challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and present appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, including emerging technologies, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and channel partners, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in a relevant field, with a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the IT industry, preferably with an understanding of cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong teamwork and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and the ability to provide consultative advice to customers.
