As a Technical Consultant at our company, your primary focus will be on delivering effective cybersecurity solutions, assisting with product implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry best practices, and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert and advisor on cybersecurity products, solutions, and services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our cybersecurity offerings.
- Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical qualification, solution design, and proposal development.
- Assist with product implementation, integration, and configuration in customer environments.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal teams on cybersecurity products and technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals, and best practice documents.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity engineering, consulting, support, or pre-sales roles.
- Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, Windows & Linux configuration, Firewall, etc.
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting PAM solutions and vulnerability management platforms in enterprise customer environments.
- Owning of IT related certification, such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, MCSE, is definitely an advantage.
- Knowledge on system security, cyber security, vulnerabilities and big data is a plus; and
- Logical, smart, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges.
