Job Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and go‑to‑market plans for assigned China‑origin products and solutions.
- Actively develop reseller partnerships — identify, outreach, recruit, and enable channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Proactively engage in frontline selling, including customer visits, partner visits, solution pitching, opportunity development, and deal follow‑through.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution positioning, proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline; provide accurate revenue forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery and business outcomes, while maintaining ownership of the commercial results.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- Around 5 years of relevant IT solution selling experience, ideally with exposure to Chinese technologies or vendors.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Highly proactive, results-driven, and comfortable being out in the field frequently.
- Able to work independently and engage professionally with senior stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills.
