Technical Manager


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of privileged account management solutions for our clients, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert-level guidance and strategic recommendations to clients on PAM best practices, security controls, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PAM solutions into clients' existing cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends related to privileged account management and provide thought leadership.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and knowledge in privileged account management.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on PAM in client-facing engagements, including meetings, presentations, and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties if needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing privileged account management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of PAM best practices, security controls, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity infrastructure and integration with PAM solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends related to PAM.
  • Previous experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in PAM or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
