Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • The Business Development Manager plays a key role in formulating and implementing business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities with industry players such as distribution partners, family offices and institutional investors.
  • Meeting with potential clients and partners to present our products and services.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure high quality of work.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, and participate in industry associations and working groups.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Preferably an existing SFC licensed representative.
  • Familiarity with digital/crypto assets is a plus.
  • Self-motived and possess the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, marketing, or related field.
