Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage all pre-sales activities for Green Radar opportunities, including product presentation, POC plan preparation and execution etc
  • Responsible for the competitive analysis of Green Radar offerings, work out Green Radar service differentiation against other similar offering from the markets
  • Responsible to bridge gaps between sales team and technical team on technical requirements from customers
  • Proactively provide input to product and technical team to improve services offering
  • Responsible for the deployment strategy and approaches on Green Radar services
  • Channel partners enablement and joint call
  • Represent the company to speak in webinars and/or public conference if needed
  • Assist in post-sales support if needed

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Tertiary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years pre-sales work experience
  • Results-oriented, proactive, with a natural drive for business goals
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to deal professionally and independently with customers and channel partners at all levels
  • Highly responsive and handle customer requirements with care
  • Maintain and continuously improve customer satisfaction towards Green Radar services
  • Will be a plus if familiar with Microsoft O365, M365, On-premise Exchange, Google G Suite and/or other third party email hosting platforms
  • Prior experience in email security & technical capacity (e.g. TCP/IP, routing) will be an added advantage
