Territory Account Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • To drive new business from new and existing enterprise customer segment in Hong Kong & Macau
  • Organize, plan and execute the strategy on account acquisition and penetration
  • Continuously build up sales funnel with prompt follow up with the prospects
  • Providing timely and accurate business forecast to management
  • Establish trusted relationship with customer and prospects from C-Level to operational level
  • Build up professional and sustainable relationship with key business and eco-system partners for growing share of wallet
  • Work with internal teams to maintain premium customer experience and satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Tertiary education
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in IT industry
  • Strong SaaS and solution selling mindset, experience in cybersecurity security is preferable
  • A true hunter comfortable and capable of winning new customers
  • A team players to collaborate with internal teams on maximizing customer success
  • Self-motivated and having a strong growth mind-set
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Enjoy working in an agile and fast growing start up environment
