Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales activities including sales order processing, quotation preparation, and ordering document handling
  • Assist in renewals effectively
  • Assist in handling enquiry and provide case updates
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • 1-3 years of working experience in sales support environment / IT industry / sales coordination / order processing / clerical duties
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Good in MS Excel and Outlook
