Job Highlights

Job Respomsibilities

  • Process trade and non-trade billing
  • Follow up payable related matters with vendors and other departments
  • Prepare cheque payments and TT remittances
  • Handle reimbursement of staff claims timely and accurately
  • Handle accounts receivable and general ledger
  • Assist in month end closing, year-end audit, tax compliance and statutory filing
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting
  • Tertiary education in Accounting with LCCI level 2 or above
  • Proficiency of MS Office
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented and independent
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
  • Experience with ERP will be an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
