Job Respomsibilities

  • Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations
  • Manage renewals and ensure a high success rate
  • Have ownership of sales cases and provide case updates
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for sales order preparation
  • Perform order processing with high accuracy in pricing calculations and order entries

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • 0-3 years of working experience in sales support environment / IT industry
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
